Princess Celebrates its 15-year Anniversary in Beirut
 
 

BEIRUT, LEBANON - The annual Princess Household Appliances Agent Day for Middle East & North Africa took place on May 8th, 2009 at the Mövenpick Hotel & Resort in Beirut, Lebanon.

During this occasion and in collaboration with Kapa, sister company to Antaki GPPK Holding and distributing Princess in Lebanon, many Lebanese press and media representatives were present to celebrate the Princess 15-year anniversary with Mr. Aad Ouborg, Princess Household Appliances President and CEO, while sharing his Princess experience and legacy!

Along his side, Chef Ramzi, the famous Princess Ambassador since 2005, major Princess regional distributors, Mr. Willem Kool, the famous Dutch reporter from the Telegraaf newspaper in Holland, Mrs. Karin van Kempen, Princess Vice President Corporate Communications, Mr. Tarek Kassassir, Princess Commercial Manager for Middle East and North Africa, and many other Princess Dutch and Lebanese staff members, were all present to celebrate this glamorous moment!

During this unique Agent day, numerous new and special products were showcased and highly successful sales and marketing actions were presented.

Among these distinctive new products, the Kids Design products (Lotte Juicer and Jaap Sandwichmaker), the Caffè Italiano, the Eco Shower Deep Fryer, the Turbo Fryer, the new Vertical Steamer Deluxe, and also the two completely-new Beauty lines of Princess, namely the ‘Style Pro’ and ‘Style Line’ consisting of, among other things, a Cordless Straightener, various Hairdryers, Straighteners, curlers and a Nail Care set.

For 2009 some unique sales and marketing actions were again highlighted:

• As from the beginning of 2009 children can participate in the product design contest: ‘Kids Designers by Princess’, where unique ideas in the area of small domestic and electronic appliances are assessed by a professional jury, consisting of top-class designers. The best idea will be manufactured by Princess and sold worldwide.
• The International Marketing action: With the purchase of a Princess product the consumer receives a free Princess tulip umbrella.
