Princess Launches the New Classics Line and announces singer Alex Fong as the new promotion Ambassador

HONG KONG - Princess, the world famous supplier of electrical household appliances, held a press conference at The Pool Side of The Grand Hyatt Hotel (April 12, 2005) to launch the New Classics Line and to introduce the new Princess ambassador for this product line.

 
During the Press conference, Princess introduced 9 new models of small household appliances in the New Classics Line including: The New Classics Breadmaker, Fresh Juicer, Coffeemaker, Water Kettle, Grill Sandwich Maker, 2-slice and 4-slice Toasters, Deep Fryer and Kitchen Scale.  The contemporary and elegant design is accentuated with a touch of retro to give it a New Classics look.  The sleek stainless steel exterior of the New Classics Line makes each appliance more durable and making it a piece of décor on its own in the kitchen.  
Princess takes a revolutionary approach in developing the New Classics Line. The entire research and development took more than 2 years to complete, from the initial sketches to the various stages of production, were all precisely monitored by Princess. Each developing product went through trials and tests by both consumers and experts to ensure they are up to standards in quality and performance. In the future, Princess foresees that more products will be added to this product line. 
During the press conference, Princess also introduced Singer Alex Fong as their new ambassador for the New Classics Line.  Princess Managing Director, Luc van de Kar explains, “We are pleased to be able to work with Alex Fong, having a male ambassador for the New Classics Line is because we want to breakthrough the traditional image of women in the kitchen, and let our consumers know that men can also enjoy the fun of cooking.  Mr. Fong is a talented artist and well rounded in many areas, he is young, lively, trendy and of course good – looking, which is very similar to the image that we want to project in our New Classics Line. A line of products that is functional with contemporary designs and also decorative for the kitchen.
